| In 1959 this vessel collided with an Royal Canadian Mounted Police patrol vessel at Prince Rupert BC Canada. Cyril Falconbridge (British Columbia Nautical History Facebook Group 03/09/2019) stated "My buddy Dave Hedrick owned her in Port McNeill for a while. I spent a couple winter months on her 1998." Jennifer Aitkens (Email to Nauticapedia 26/01/2021) stated "My late father, Art Aitkens, was a Forest Ranger in 1961 in Prince Rupert. He worked on the Western Hemlock, and he posed in his uniform beside it." |
