Ann-Marie Gilbert (Email to Nauticapedia 03/10/2023) stated "this vessel was purchased by "Roland G.A. Gilbert" and was owned by Roland and then jointly owned by Roland and his daughter Ann-Marie Gilbert up until August 2020. Due to a blockage of inheritance by Roland's son, the Seaclan tragically passed from the family to unknown owners. Last seen in 2023, moored in Oak Bay harbour secured to a raft."
