| Robert Critchley (British Columbia Nautical History Facebook Group 15/10/2019) stated that "This vessel (Lurch) was anchored in Deep Bay, V.I. up to last year (2019), and was for sale." Dirk Septer stated that Mike Cyr, her last owner, used vessel at Stuart Island for a number of years as accommodation. She broke loose from a tow around the cape during a big tide in 2021 and a southeast wind en route to Cortes Island. This vessel washed ashore, was removed and broken up a few days later." |
