Anecdotes
In 1946 this vessel was designated for disposal and placed in the ship boneyard at Bedwell Bay BC. This vessel is reported to have been sold in 1946 to the Union Steamship Co., Vancouver for use as a merchant ship. This vessel was apparently broken up instead.
