Anecdotes
This vessel could be YMS-125, 126, or 126 all struck 1946. In 1949 this vessel was employed as a Whale Catcher at the Coal Harbour Whaling Station on the west coast of Vancouver Island. In 1969 this vessel was a fishboat based at Harbour Breton NF. In 2002 this vessel was abandoned on a beach at Ecum Secum NS, leaking oil (her engine room having flooded). Contractors removed petroleum products. The vessel was broken up and removed from the marine environment.
