In 1908 she was stationed as a U.S. Revenue Cutter at Neah Bay WA USA working with the USRC Bear. In 1928c she was owned by Puget Sound Tug & Barge Co., Seattle WA. In 1934 she was decommissioned. In 1934 she was owned by the Puget Sound Tug & Barge Co., Seatle WA USA. In 1937-1947 she was owned by Island Tug and Brage Co. Ltd., Victoria BC. She was sold to the Argentinian Government in 1947. In 1947 she was owned by the Government of Argentina as a naval tug in the River Plate at Buenos Aires in salvage and towing. In 1960 she was sold to a towboat company in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

In 1937 this vesseltowed the Alaska Packer ship Star of Holland from San Francisco for conversion to a log barge. this vessel sank in Seymour Narrows in August 1941, grounding and being rammed by her tow, the tank barge S.O. No. 5. this vessel was submerged to the top of her funnel this vessel was refloated in October 1941 and returned to service. In March 30. 1942 this vesselsailed to the Aleutian islands with OTC Barge #1 and a steel scow in tow. This vessel returned to Victoria BC on June 26, 1942. On July 20, 1942 this vesseldeparted Vancouver BC towing the Daylight to Valdez AK. In 1947 this vessel was sent under command of Captain Fred R. MacFarlane from Puget Sound to Buenos Aires. this vessel was towing a 278' barge called the Island Yarder containing six 74' surplus US Army tugs. On arrival at Buenos Aires this vessel was commissioned into the Argentinian Navy. In 1980 this vessel was sold for scrap and broken up in Argentina.
