Anecdotes
On February 25, 1965 this vessel was in a collision with the Tyee Shell in Quatsino Inlet BC. In 1967 this vessel was advertised as having a top-notch warehouse mounted on the barge with a capacity of 1500 tons and 4900 cubic feet of refrigerated sace. Loading and unloading was done with a forklift, crane and ramps with an elevator between decks. It ran on Mondays from Vancouver to arrive Wednesday at Alert Bay, Sointula, port McNeill and Port Hardy. On Thursday it called at Winter Harbour, Mahatta River, Quatsino, Coal Harbour, Holberg and Jeune Landing. On Fridays it reached Port Alice with the return voyage direct to Vancouver berthing on Monday.
