Anecdotes
This vessel was owned by the Nootka Hospital as a mission boat and on 02/01/1948 this vessel was returning from Kyuquot with Dr. H.A. MacLean and his son Bruce on board. This vessel was wrecked in a storm at the mouth of the inlet. Bruce MacLean was drowned and the father clung onto a rock awash all night and was rescued by the Co-operative No. 2.
