This vessel was a small UK-registered yacht (a retired RNLI Lifeboat). In 1986-1989 this vesselmade the first solo transit of the Northwest Passage and the first British Transit - East to West Transit of the Northwest Passage. this vessel was afloat in 2004. David Cowper was awarded the highly prestigious Blue Water Medal by the Cruising Club of America.
