In 1933 she was seized by the Department of National Revenue for Canada for smuggling alcohol. In 1935 she was purchased by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. In 1939 she was loaned to the Royal Canadian Navy. In 1943 her hull was condemned and she was scrapped.

Anecdotes
The RCMP employed her in “H” Division (Nova Scotia) and patrolled out of Yarmouth, NS. The Shipwright Department in Halifax rebuilt the hull as H.C. 132. On 1945-03-10 this vessel was broken up.
