Anecdotes
In 1937-1939 this vessel was a sail training vessel. In 1939 this vessel was an accommodation vessel base at Halifax NS for the staff of the Rear-Admiral 3rd RN Battleship Squadron. this vessel was re-commissioned in 1941 as a Guardship at Tuft's Cove (entrance to Bedford Basin) NS. In 1943 this vesselgave her name to the yacht Seaborne and was renamed as H.C. 190. After the Second World War this vessel was engaged in sealing and freighting coal. this vessel was lost in a fire at sea in 1951.
