In 1944 this vessel was based at HMCS Chaleur, Quebec QC. this vessel was employed as a Harbour Tug at Quebec QC. As Consol II this vesseltowed barges of pulp logs from the mouth of the L'Assomption River at Charlamagne QC to the Consolidated Paper Corp. at Cap de la Madeleine QC.
