Anecdotes
Anders Nielsen (Email to Nauticapedia 21/08/2018) reports that "Enno took a mould from the hull of Cavalaire, to build his first fibreglass boat, which he called “Thunderbolt”. We believe the name comes from a Mediterranean fishing village in France (near St Tropez) called Cavalaire-sur-Mer (or alternatively, a hotel in Bristol, UK). Rather than calling her a Yacht, it would be better to say Express Cruiser."
