Military Service
He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (CF) 1976. He served in Royal Military College of Canada. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (With seniority dated 01/05/1980). In 1979 he served in HMCS Mackenzie for Sea Training. In 1980 he served in Venture (Naval Officer Training Centre) for training. He served in HMCS Cowichan for training 1980. He served in HMCS Mackenzie for training 1981. He served in Canadian Forces Fleet School Halifax for Naval Operations Course 1981. He served in HMCS Skeena for training 1981. He was appointed as a Lieutenant (N) (With seniority dated 01/01/1983). He served in HMCS Skeena as Weapons Officer.
