In 1929-1930 he was an Assistant Lecturer in Zoology at Bristol University. In 1930-1944 he was an Assistant Professor of Zoology at McGill University. In 1944-1946 he was an Associate Professor of Zoology at McGill University. In 1946-1974 he was later appointed as Regius Professor of Natural History at the University of Aberdeen. (He retired in 1974.) |
