Biography

 

Military Service

He was appointed as a Temporary Boatswain RNCVR. In 1917 he served in HMCS Cartier. In 1918 he served in HMCS TR-26 as Boatswain. He was appointed as a Temporary Skipper RNCVR (With seniority dated 13/03/1918). He served in HMCS C.D.-26 (In command) 1918. (He was demobilized.) He was appointed as a Skipper Lieutenant (RCNR). (He was mobilized for Second World War service) In 1943 he served in HMCS Stadacona. (He died while serving in HMCS Stadacona 01/08/1943). (He was demobilized.)
