Military Service
He was appointed as an A/Lieutenant RCNVR. He served in the Montreal Company of the RCNVR as Commanding Officer 1929-30. He was appointed as a Lieutenant (Temp.) RCNVR (With seniority dated 10/07/1940) (Later backdated to 1939). He served in HMCS Columbia. He served in HMCS Bayfield (In command) 1944. (He was demobilized.)
