Biography
He attended McGill University. After his First World War service he settled in Kenya.

 

Military Service
He was appointed as a Midshipman RN. In 1914 he served in HMS Highflyer (Training Ship). He was appointed as a Lieutenant RN. He served in HMS Invincible (for Battle of the Falklands). (He was demobilized.) In 1942 he is reported to have been Chief Officer (Air) (possibly in the Royal South African Navy) at Cape Town RSA.
