Military Service
He was appointed as an Ordinary Seaman RCN (With seniority dated 13/02/1959). He was appointed as an Able-Seaman RCN. He was appointed as a Leading Seaman RCN. He served in 50 Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron, RCN. (On November 7, 1971 he was killed in a crash 330 nautical miles from Halifax, Nova Scotia during Fleet exercises south of Sable Island.)
