Biography
He was the brother of E.A. Lucas. He was a lawyer, a member of the lawfirm of Lucas and Lucas. He was appointed as a Judge.

 

Military Service
He was involved, in 1912, in working toward the establishment of the Royal Naval Volunteer Canadian Reserve. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant RNCVR. Victoria Half-Company of the RNCVR 1912. He was appointed as a Lieutenant RNCVR (With seniority dated 02/08/1914). He served in HMCS Shearwater II (Vancouver For No.2 Company RNCVR) 1914.
