Biography |

His family returned to the UK from which they had come during the Great Depression. He attended Dulwich College. After his naval service he worked for the National Health Service as a hospital administrator. He spent some years in the Middle East on an NHS secondment, working on the planning of a number of hospitals in such countries as Abu Dhabi. He retired c1985. |
