Biography
In 1951 he was an advisor to the Cancer Research Foundation at Queen's University.

 

Military Service

He was appointed as an Ordinary Seaman (Officer Candidate UNTD) RCNVR 1943. In 1943 he served in HMCS Cataraqui for UNTD. In 1943 he spent his summer training in Halifax at a Maintenance Base. (CFR) He was appointed as an Electrical Sub-Lieutenant (Temp.) RCNVR (With seniority dated 01/05/1944). (He was demobilized.) He was appointed as a Lieutenant (L) RCN(R) (With seniority dated 24/01/1948). In 1951-1952 he served as Commanding Officer University Naval Training Division Queen's University. (He was released.)
