Military Service

He was appointed as an Ordinary Seaman RCN. (CFR). He was appointed as a Gunner RCN (With seniority dated 30/07/1944). He served in HMCS Givenchy. He served in HMCS Rockcliffe 1947. He was appointed as a Commissioned Gunner RCN (With seniority dated 01/01/1948). He was appointed as a Lieutenant (Star) RCN (With seniority dated 01/01/1948). In 1958 he served in HMCS Malahat as Staff Officer UNTD (Victoria college). (He was released.)
