In 2015 he is the Senior Policy Strategist, Office of the Director General Strategic Policy in Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada (Ottawa ON).

 

Military Service
He was appointed as an Officer Cadet (UNTD) 1989. In 1989 he served in the Naval Officer Training Centre (Esquimalt) for the Reserve Mars Qualifying Course. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant (MARS(R)) 1989. (He was released.)
