Biography
He was a brother-in-law of Rear-Admiral Jeffrey Brock RCN. After his naval service he was a partner in Wood Gundy and Company 1933-1974 and more recently retired partner of Crosbie and Company, Toronto.
 
Military Service
He was appointed as a Lieutenant (Temp.) RCNVR (With seniority dated 06/09/1940). In 1941 he served in HMCS Sherbrooke. He was appointed as a A/Lieutenant-Commander (Temp.) RCNVR (With seniority dated 91/07/1943). He served in HMCS Avalon. He served in HMCS New Glasgow. He served in HMCS Halifax (In command) 1944. He was appointed as a Lieutenant-Commander (Temp.) RCNVR. He served in HMCS New Glasgow (In command) 1944. (He was demobilized.) (He was qualified for signals duties.) (He was qualified with a Watchkeeping Certificate.) He was appointed as a Lieutenant-Commander RCN(R) 1946. He served in HMCS Prevost. (He was retired 1960).
