In his civilian life he states that" I joined an investment firm in Toronto where I spent 17 years – in Toronto, Montreal and New York. Then, in 1970 I was asked to join the International Finance Corporation, an affiliate of the World Bank, in turn an affiliate of the United Nations. After 17 years there, I returned to the investment banking world until I retired in 1991." |
