Biography
He was Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at UBC 1928-34. He was the Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Alberta 1937-1946. He was the Director of the Electrical Research Division of the Defence Research Board of Canada 1947-49. He was Professor Emeritus of the University of St. Andrews in Dundee Scotland. (He was retired 1973)
