Biography
He graduated from Prince of Wales College in 1946.

 

Military Service

He was appointed as a Midshipman RCN 1948. He was appointed as a Sub-Lieutenant RCN 1949. (Transferred to RCN(R). He was appointed as a Lieutenant RCN(R) (With seniority dated 17/03/1951). He was appointed as a Lieutenant-Commander RCN(R) (With seniority dated 17/03/1959). In 1961 he was appointed as Commanding Officer UNTD (Mt. Allison University). In 1960 he served in HMCS Stadacona as Cadet Control Officer. He was OIC UNTD at CORNWALLIS, 1962. (He was released.) (He was qualified with a Watch Keeping certificate.)
