Biography
He was qualified as a Master Mariner (Home Trade under 350 tons) #18442. He worked for Kingcome Navigation Co. He served as the Master of the tug J.S. Foley. He qualified as a BC Coast Pilot on 24/09/1958 in the British Columbia Pilotage District and he belonged to the Corporation of British columbia Coast Pilots and later of the British Columbia Coast Pilots Ltd. (He died while on duty.)
