He was appointed as a Probationary Flight Sub-Lieutenant (Temp.) RNAS (With seniority dated 19/04/1917). He was appointed as a Flight Sub-Lieutenant RNAS. He was stationed at Dunkirk France on 30/11/1917. On 04/12/1917 he was admitted to hospital at Deal UK with slight injuries to the face from an aeroplane accident. He was appointed as a Flight Lieutenant RAF 1918. He was serving in #5(N) Squadron /#203 (RAF) Squadron. (He was killed in action on April 01, 1918 on the Western Front.) |
